Why do I need a power of attorney?

Power of Attorney - What happens if I can no longer make financial decisions for myself?

  • A Power of Attorney is an instrument used to give others the ability to make financial decisions in the event you or a loved one becomes incapacitated.

  • A properly drafted Power of Attorney can allow for management of property, bank accounts, and many other financial assets consistent with you or your loved one’s wishes.

  • Please feel free to contact Elizabeth Cuenca, P.A. to discuss whether a power of attorney is a good fit for you.
